Chartered Coaching Psychologist
Jackie works with organisations, leaders and professionals on leadership development, confidence, resilience, wellbeing and sustainable performance.
Hi, and thanks for visiting my site. I'm a Chartered Business and Coaching Psychologist specialising in leadership development and wellbeing. I help people to gain confidence, strengthen resilience and thrive in their roles – achieving high performance in a way that feels balanced and sustainable.
Whether you're taking on a new leadership challenge, developing existing strengths, managing pressure and change or preparing for maternity leave, my coaching provides space to pause, reflect and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I’ve worked with clients across sectors including consulting, finance (including private equity), healthcare, law, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology, the public sector and NGOs. Alongside coaching, I run workshops and webinars on leadership, resilience and wellbeing for teams and larger groups.
My approach is warm, collaborative and practical – combining evidence-based psychology, with support and constructive challenge to help you grow, perform and flourish at work.
I'm a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) with a Master's in Occupational Psychology, and an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), having trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching.
I'm also highly experienced in psychometrics, both as a practitioner and trainer in the Hogan suite of personality assessments, EQi2.0 emotional intelligence tools and the Wraw (Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing) psychometric, which I played a key role in developing. Earlier in my career, I was Communications Director at a global risk management company.
